Reporting to the National Sales Manager the primary functions of this role involve:
- Supporting sales activities of the Engineering division by engaging prospects and customers to determine the right solution for their requirement.
- Assisting in the development of sales strategy and setting sales targets.
- Account management.
- Managing assigned incoming customer enquiries.
- Developing new business opportunities
- Process enquiries
- Engaging with customers both remotely and in person promoting products and services.
- Ownership of the sales process including preparation and presentation of quotations,
- Collecting and collating application data for matching customer requirements to proposed solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Chemical, or similar).
- Experience in capital equipment sales is essential
- Experience in either Food or Industrial industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work with technically complex products and applications.
- Great attitude and willingness to learn and support company initiatives.
