ONCALL is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Victoria.
Reporting to our Finance Manager, this is a busy role that requires you to work closely with all members of our dynamic accounts team to assist our financial reporting.
The Accountant will work with the Finance Team to:
- Support the Finance Manager and wider finance team
- Reconcile daily general and subsidiary bank accounts
- Perform and maintain account reconciliations and journals as directed
- Maintain residential fees for clients
- Assist with annual budget and forecasts
- Assist in preparation of month end and annual reports
- Assist with monthly lodgements including BAS and Payroll tax
- Assist with the maintenance of all aspects of invoicing, creditors, Property Plant and Equipment and filing
- Preform general finance administration and ad hoc projects
Your Skills and Experience:
- Sound knowledge of Xero
- NDIS Experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong time management skills – ability to prioritise work and work to strict time constraints
- Bachelor of Business or Commerce with an Accounting major, studying towards CA/CPA or obtained.
