AddressThis role is an integral part of the centralised Finance Operations team as it will ensure that we are focused on being proactive in process improvement as we centralise key finance tasks. This position has been created to support a key finance project and form part of a new team within the Finance department. There will be a need to own and run initiatives, drive process changes and deliver high quality reconciliations and month end tasks. The role will work closely with the site Finance teams, the Head of Finance Operations and corporate finance teams.

Responsibilities
- Controlling the centralisation of the organization cash and refund clearing reconciliations, ensuring accurate and compliant recording, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions throughout the reconciliation process.
- Preparing and submitting reconciliations and any journals or transactions to support these reconciliations
- Month end task functions and other ad-hoc Finance tasks as directed by the Head of Finance Operations.
- Assist in the project to deploy of a Finance Operations Centre.
- Responsible for a wider range of reconciliations across the department.

Skills & Experience:
- View to or studying towards CPA or ACA qualifications
- Minimum 2 + year experience in a similar role
- Extensive software application and data manipulation and analysis experience
- Experience in the use of Accounting Systems including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable etc
- Ability to prioritise work effectively
- Team oriented individual
- Experience with TechOne and/or Blackline software is desirable
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, and to prioritise work effectively
- Demonstrated customer focus and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication skills are a must
- Strong sense of determination to achieve success
