Your new company 
A leading manufacturing company based in the Western Suburbs of Australia is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer with a drive for thinking outside of the box, customer service and problem-solving. 

Your new role 
You will be responsible for processing end to end Accounts Receivable: 

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing and reconciliations
• Reducing outstanding debtors and collection times 
• Analyse current debtors and other financial information to set credit regulations appropriately 
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
• Proactively spot opportunities for process improvement 
• Financial reporting
• AOB 

What you'll need to succeed 

• 2+ years experience in Accounts Receivable 
• Proactive attitude 
• Able to problem solve 
• CRM systems knowledge and ERP systems 
• End to end Accounts Receivable exposure 
• Customer-centric approach with excellent written and verbal skills
• Full working rights in Australia
