We employ 350 employees in the peak season, the majority of whom are employees under the Federal Government's Pacific Australian Labour Mobility Scheme (PALM) who work in the hospitality, horticulture and viticulture industries. Everyday and every season are different.
To assist us in our growth, we are seeking an experienced Accountant who looks forward to a challenge and who wants to work in an office environment that is relaxed, informal and lively. This role will be responsible for:
- Strategic financial planning;
- Statutory compliance and preparing and submitting statutory reports;
- Financial analysis, budgeting and reporting;
- Cash Flow management;
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance reporting; and
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the Finance Department, which includes payroll.
The successful applicant will report directly to the Managing Director and be a member of the Executive Management Team.
We are able to offer this role on either a full-time or part-time basis, whichever suits the needs of the right candidate. WFH too is an option from time to time.
We are looking for an immediate start but again, can be flexible for the right candidate.
