 We are seeking a self-driven and results-orientated Junior Accountant to join our Administration team.  Working under the direction of the Financial Controller, you will actively contribute to a positive organisational structure and achieve the highest standards of integrity and performance through the fostering of genuine partnerships across various departments of the dealership.

 Duties would include, but are not limited to:

• Accurate input of financial data into the accounting system
• Costing and Processing deals into accounting system
• Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with Budgeting, FBT returns
• Monthly reconciliation of receivables ledger
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes
• Address queries from internal and external stakeholders, liaise with auditors, and handle audit queries.
• Manage finance documentation, follow up on outstanding items, and escalate issues

Skills and qualifications required for the role:

• Sound understanding of basic accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Accounting degree
• Qualified or studying for professional membership
