Qualifications & experience
- Finance and/or accounting qualifications (desirable)
- Previous experience within an Accountant role, including payroll/invoicing functions;
- Proven attention to details
- Demonstratable ability to own tasks
- Previous experience using MYOB or Xero
- A desire to be a part of a successful team
Tasks & responsibilities
- Enacting payment and Client invoice procedures
- Maintain accurate financial data within XERO
- Operating payroll and invoicing software
- Assisting in preparing management finance reports
- Reception i.e greeting clients, answering inquiries, email communications & taking and booking appointments
- Supporting the Finance Manager as required
- Other tasks as directed
