Nastasi & Associates is an Engineering Consultancy specializing in Residential , Industrial and Commercial work. Our clients include major residential Project Home Builders as well as Developers & Private individuals. Our head office is based in Prestons, South-Western Sydney servicing the Sydney Metropolitan Area and NSW.
We are a growing business looking for a committed individual to join our team as an immediate start that has attention to detail and experienced in office administration processors.
The role is a varied and dynamic role with opportunities to progress in a growing business.
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, you will be responsible in ensuring all aspects of administration is processed in an accurate & fast manner.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Switch Board operating of incoming Telephone Calls
- Data entry/scheduling on CRM programme
- Typing quotes/Certificates
- Ad hoc Administration duties.

- MYOB/Dynamics experience

Office Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
