The role
Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will responsible for and not limited to -
- Month-end calculations and journal postings
- Reviewing P&Ls and providing relevant commentary
- Balance sheet reconciliations, identify errors/risks and take corrective action
- Statutory accounting tasks
- Help with intercompany loans, distributions, and related reconciliations
- Help with the with half yearly and yearly audit requests
- Help with with management reporting and reporting for external parties
- Carry out various transactional tasks as and when required
- Partner with various business units and assist in resolving issues and responding to queries
- Progressing towards CA/CPA qualification or about to start
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Able to commute to South Sydney, with Parking on offer
