• We are a small practice located in Main Street Mornington 
• Our Directors have over 50 years experience as Specialists in Small Business Accounting & Taxation
• Your work will be varied and will include direct client tasks that have you thinking as a business owner, solving problems and achieving real outcomes and results. 
• Your work will involve accounting, tax and BAS work and you will assist with business reporting, planning and advice
• We don’t use software to generate pie graphs or information. We use our skill and knowledge to create targeted advice. 
• You will work directly with our Directors. You will be given training and support where needed and mentoring to find your groove in our profession.
• We achieve work outcomes as a team. Our focus is planned work output and achieving client outcomes rather than billable hours.
• We work a 36 hour week - overtime is not expected and rare 
• We do not have any black-out or set periods for annual leave 
• We are relaxed in our dress and our work environment. This works better for us and makes us more approachable to our clients.
