Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage our company's financial records and transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, as well as experience with bookkeeping software.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements
- Manage multi currency transactions
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and legislation.
- Work closely with overseas subsidiary company
- Preparation of BAS, STP, Payroll Tax and superannuation
Requirements
- Certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant/Bookkeeper
- Proficiency in accounting software MYOB online, Excel, Sun experience an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Languages: English and Mandarin would be an advantage.
