Our client is a lelading architectural and interior design firm specialising in hospitality, entertainment and living spaces. The team are currently seeking an experienced Accounts & Administration Officer to join the team. The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller;
- Taking the lead in fortnightly payroll functions - roughly 50 employees
- Managing payroll transactions - group tax, payroll and superannuation
- Assisting with general accounts where required
- Managing front desk
- Organising meeting rooms
- Stationary and kitchen orders
- General adhoc adminsitrative tasks
- At least 3 years' proven payroll experience
- Worked in an administrative role - similar industry would be highly regarded
- High energy and work ethic - happy work autonomously and within a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Salary negotatiable and dependant on experience, from $75,000 + superannuation
- 5 days in the office
- Based in Pyrmont
