Lawson Elliott is excited to be working alongside a well-recognized organization who are looking to welcome in an Accounts Administrator into their team. This will be an excellent opportunity for someone who is well driven and has a willingness to develop, works well autonomously and wants to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Your role will encompass a wide variety of general administration and accounts support tasks.
Reporting to the Area Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Weekly and Monthly Reporting
- High-volume data entry into CRM’s
- Bank Reconciliations
- Managing incoming phone calls, emails and all other communications
- Records management related tasks such as file sorting, renaming and correspondence management
- Ad hoc duties as required
To be considered for this role:
- Great written and verbal communication
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel highly desired
- Prior experience within high-volume data entry advantageous
