Diogenes Investing is a leading property investment company in our sector, and we are seeking a Client Services Administrator with excellent customer service skills and a passion for detail to join our growing team.
The role critically supports our Property Team and is responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients throughout the property purchase process. You will possess a genuine desire to achieve the best outcome for both the client and the business.
As this is primarily a work from home role, you must be a highly organised and self-motivated individual and be available to attend to tasks with a degree of urgency during the working week (Monday to Friday). You are ideally based in Brisbane or surrounding area as you will need to attend occasional team meetings onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Email inbox management
- Data entry and record maintenance in CRM
- Coordinate stakeholders (clients, finance brokers, sales agents, builders)
- Client communications
- Calendar and meeting scheduling
- Contracts and document administration
- Ad hoc administrative duties
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Client Liaison or Contracts Administration role in the property industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
