Client Service Manager
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Oversee the delivery of services to ensure client satisfaction.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.
- Prepare reports on client activities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for Client Service operations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Working alongside Directors and Stake holders, Corporate Referral Sources
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain and organise company records and documents.
- Prepare and file reports, memos, and other documents.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Oversee the daily operations of the office.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
- Process invoices, expenses, and payroll.
- Enter and update data in databases and systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain records of company policies and procedures.
