Job Title: Accounts All Rounder Manager (Permanent Part-Time)
HSR is currently collaborating with one of our lovely clients who are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts All Rounder Superstar to join their team in a permanent part-time role. This position will be available from the end of January 2024 and offers a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a background in finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Oversee payroll operations, including processing for 11-15 employees (primarily casual staff).
- Prepare BAS and handle end-of-month financial reports.
- Answer telephone inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform ad hoc tasks related to financial operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Finance background with hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and BAS preparation.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Prior experience in handling payroll for casual staff is desirable.
- Familiarity with end-of-month financial reporting.
- Mature and detail-oriented with a preference for a smaller-paced work environment.
Work Schedule:
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00 am to 2:30 pm
- Fridays: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (flexible)
- The schedule is subject to adjustment based on mutual agreement.

Compensation:
