NWAS are seeking a Full-time Accounts and Billing Co-ordinator (including Payroll) to join and support the Finance Team at Head Office in Leederville.

This appointment is 38 hours per week.
The successful applicant will have:
- Minimum Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting
- 3+ years experience working in a Payroll Office performing all payroll functions.
- 3 years additional payroll office experience in lieu of Associate Degree or BAS Agent status.
- Experience with airline industry billing desirable.
- The ability to support and foster a positive work environment
- Demonstrable skills in MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Sharepoint.
- Experience with MYOB is essential and experience with HumanForce is highly desirable.
- A comprehensive understanding of transaction flow in an integrated and automated payroll accounting system.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Excellent problem solving and judgment skills, and have high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Be able to adapt to change within the organisation as a result of continuous improvement.
- A high degree of job integrity.
