Access Lifecare is a Registered NDIS provider and looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant / Office Administrator to join our growing team three days a week.
You will be highly supported in your role with opportunity for professional supervision and ongoing support. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has the confidence to manage all aspects of the day to day running of our accounts department.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable and Receivable (Including debt collection)
- Payroll - Superannuation
- Prepare and lodge payroll tax
- Answering incoming telephone enquiries
- Prepare and lodge quarterly BAS and Superannuation returns
- Prepare and lodge quarterly LSL entitlements
- Ensure our compliance requirements are met with various authorities
- Incoming and Outgoing Email Correspondence
- Complete Administration support to Directors and Managers
- Communication with employees
To be successful for this position you will require.
Previous experience in a payroll, accounts payable and receivable and administration role is a must
A team player who confidently works independently
Must be Proficient in Word & Excel
Experience with Xero/Employment Hero / Keypay would be an advantage
Hardworking and initiating business improvements wherever necessary
An excellent communicator both written and oral
Able to ensure procedures are in place and are adhered to
Highly organised, has great attention to detail and a commitment to delivering to deadlines.
The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a capacity to multitask
Essential for this Role
- Cert III or IV in Bookkeeping (REQUIRED)
- Valid work rights in Australia
- Current National Police Check (within 12 months validity), (or be prepared to obtain)
- Working with vulnerable people card
- A current driver’s license
- Be comfortable working independently as well as an active team member
- NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Worker Orientation Module Certificate is mandatory prior to commencement: https://www.ndiscommission.gov.au/workers/support-for-workers/training-course
