Corporate Air (established 1972) and Link Airways provides regional airline and air charter services to customers in eastern and southern Australia.
We are currently seeking a Finance and Admin assistant to join our team, based in our Canberra Head Office.
The following are key selection criteria:
- Strong bookkeeping skills with a high-level accuracy, attention to detail and relevant or transferable accounting experience in a medium sized business;
- Experience in Office administration and Data Entry;
- Experience with MS Office and computerised accounting packages (Excel / MYOB knowledge considered favorably);
- Self-motivated; strong organisational ability; system orientated; ability to meet deadlines and work unsupervised;
- The ability to multitask and communicate with all areas of the company and its remote bases.
- Ability to work within a small team environment, in a fast paced business.
- The company is mostly paperless, so the ability to work mostly computer based is essential.
The Finance Admin team, handle all aspects of the companies day to day operations, including but not limited to:
- Creditor, Debtors and Bank Reconcilliations;
- FX payments
- Human Resources;
- Payroll and On/Off boarding;
- Frontline support to the Operations and IT team;
- General Admin support for all departments.
This is a multitasking, fast paced role, ideal for an allrounder or someone who wants to learn all parts of how a company runs.
Salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
The position is full time and is based at the companies Head Office in Fyshwick. Free Car Parking is provided.
