Our client is a successful and growing family owned furniture business. They started in WA and now operate in NSW and Victoria as well.
They have a need for an experienced Accounts Assistant to correctly process the transactions, reconcile the accounts and to assist and support the Finance Manager.
The main duties are as follows:
- Monitor accounts inbox.
- Data entry
- Match invoices to purchase orders in Cin7 and code and enter invoices into Xero.
- Process employee expense and wellness claims.
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Monthly and fortnightly payroll/ payroll tax/superannuation EOM Journal & Reconciliation.
- Monthly credit card reconciliations and management of receipt software, Dext.
- Other ad hoc duties as required by the Finance Manager and Managing Director
- Assist with any administrative tasks as required by the Finance Manager.
- Collaborate with Accounts Officer to:
- Maintain Registers
- Office stationary and kitchen amenity orders
