With over 30 years' growing experience, our family-owned and operated business proudly supplies a range of premium produce including broccoli, cabbage, lettuce, celery, silverbeet, spring onions and kale.
The Role
We currently have a vacancy for an interested individual who is able to take the company to the next level.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide support for special projects such as follow ups and completion of forms.
- Data entry and validation of purchases, receivables and payables.
- Assist in bank reconciliations for credit cards and various entities.
- Maintain policies and making sure they are current.
- Prepare and contribute to meetings when required.
- Maintain documentation and filing for employees, stakeholders, debtors and creditors.
- Manage monthly inventory stocktake, receipting and wip.
- General admin duties.
- General technology duties.
Qualifications & experience
- Word, Excel, Outlook and Office 365.
- MYOB Advanced, XERO or equivalent ERP such as SAP, Oracle or Sage.
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organisational skills.
- Well organised and a team player.
- Good work ethic.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new tasks.
Must have
- Valid and current driver's licence as the area does not provide public transport.
- Valid work rights in Australia.

About the role
This position is responsible for working closely with the management on assigned office tasks between Monday-Wednesday or Thursday up to 24 hours per week. You will be dealing with various departments such as accounts, general administration and special projects. You are required to be focused on this role however the successful candidate will be provided ongoing training.
