About the Opportunity
As part of the Strategic Property and Commercial Program, the Accounts & Business Development Coordinator ? UPark will manage UPark?s Account Customers and Account Management System including associated products.
You will generate new revenue opportunities and increase market share by building strong strategic relationships and actively pursuing prospective customers and major accounts.
Some of the day-to-day things you?ll see yourself doing include:
- Securing new business opportunities and prospective pipelining to grow the UPark portfolio.
- Assisting with the development of responses to tenders.
- Reviewing desktop market and competitor analysis and benchmarking for car parking services to manage UPark monthly account offerings to remain relevant and commercially sound.
- Account Management of existing and prospective account customers.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Knowledge of, and experience in utilising a range of information and financial systems including MS Office suite of products.
- Experience in undertaking data/information analysis and preparing reports with appropriate recommendations for sales and service improvements
- An awareness of Workplace Health & Safety issues, standards and actions in the workplace
- Demonstrated commercial business acumen and Business Development experience
- Proven ability to analyse and review processes and recommend/develop improved business practices.
