We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Accounts Officer to join our finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will provide support to the wider finance team across accounting, finance and administrative duties.
Starting immediately, the role is full-time Monday to Friday with general working hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm. After the initial training period we also offer flexible working options of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with Friday's as a must in the office.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely data entry of financial information for Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Monitor and review debt collection
- Daily cash receipting
- Coordinate and manage EFT payments
- Support the finance team in any ad hoc duties as required
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Well organised and reliable
- Strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Strong computer skills
- Sound excel skills
