The Organisation
Our client is a market leading business that has experienced year on year growth and as a result is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their accounts team on a full-time basis in Melbourne's northern suburb of Keilor.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, not exclusive to:
- Processing invoices
- Issuing invoices
- Account and Statement reconciliations
- Daily banking & bank reconciliations
- Supplier queries & concerns
- Allocating & Receipting of payments
- Credit applications
- Preparing batch payments
- Working with the businesses debtor's ledger
- Other ad hoc accounting duties
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes, however not limited to:
- Has a strong attention to detail
- Has a strong willingness to learn & develop
- Wants to grow themselves within the accounts space
- Has worked within a similar role in the past
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
