The Company
Well-established in the Australian cleaning industry, Quad Services has seen significant revenue growth over the past few years and is looking to bring on and develop top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable with solid relationship-building skills. This is a full-time role based at our Head Office in Artarmon.
The Role
As an Accounts all-rounder reporting to Accountant, you will:
- Undertake AP function
- Volume invoice processing
- Support the wider accounts team with general accounting duties, including reconciliations, journal entries and reporting
- Help with any project work/process improvement
- Any ad hoc duties
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Confident and positive phone manner
- Experience with MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- An eye for detail
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly
- National Criminal History Check
- COVID-19 Vaccination (fully vaccinated)
