Accounts Payable Supervisor

An iconic Australian organisation is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their high-performing, supportive finance team. Reporting into the Finance Manager and working with various finance and non-finance stakeholders, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Managing workflow of a small Accounts Payable Team
- Posting AP batches in TechOne
- Review AP aged analysis report
- Prepare and finalise payment runs
- Managing AP processes with accuracy
- Ensure month-end deadlines are met
- Managing the AP inbox
- Managing relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Assist with system improvements and streamlined processesAbout You:
- 5+ years' Accounts Payable experience
- Supervisory or managerial experience is highly regarded, but not essential
- Experience with TechOne is desired, but not essential
- Healthcare/Not-for-profit industry exposure is ideal
- Can work independently and manage a small team simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
