AddressW Talent is representing a trusted construction firm specialising in industrial and self-storage projects. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their dynamic finance team.
Role Overview:
As an integral member of the finance team, you will manage financial transactions and ensure smooth operations. This role offers flexibility, with part-time (3 days a week) or Full-time employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and register invoices to projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage payroll processes, including superannuation, leave management, and related tasks.
- Perform journalling activities to accurately record financial transactions.
- Oversee general ledger management to maintain accurate financial records.
- Set up suppliers and maintain vendor relationships.
- Review monthly statements and reconcile outstanding invoices.
- Provide flexible support to the finance team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and general accounting software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
