Our dedicated Drake Office division is looking to connect with individuals interested in a permanent Accounts payable / Administration position within our Client's Bendigo based, family owned business. Your responsibilities: Your key responsibilities may include:
Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
Answering and directing phone calls
Maintaining analysis of various company reports
Accounts payable
Liaising with suppliers
Assisting with invoicing and dispatch
General day to day administration duties
About you: We are seeking candidates who:
Have prior experience in Accounts Payable and administration
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are professional and well-presented
Are competent in the use of excel, word and outlook
