An opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable and Purchasing Officer has become available with a prestigious client based in Canning Vale.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Osborne Park
Duties
Tasks required of those in the position of Accounts Payables/Purchasing Clerk include, but are not limited to:
Reviewing and processing payment of invoices to vendors and reimbursements
Reviewing, processing, and following up on purchase orders, invoices, reports, and credit card expenditures.
Research, resolve, and respond to vendor, employee, and project manager inquiries regarding account status; investigate and resolve problems associated with invoice processing and communicate resolution of discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
Raising purchase orders
Review payment for accuracy
Effectively use integrated business applications, financial accounting systems, MSExcel, and Word to create and maintain financial documentation.
Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
Be available to start a role immediately
Previous experience in high volume invoice processing and Purchasing administration role
Exceptional attention to details
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Able to prioritise and multitask to meet strict deadlines
Full working rights with no restrictions to hours per week.
