The Role
Tasks will include but not limited to:
- Data entry of purchases
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Preparation of pay runs
- Ensuring purchases are approved correctly
- Allocations of expenses to projects
- Managing discrepancies
- Must be willing to perform other accounting function as needed.
Skills/Experience
- Must have a minimum two years' experience in a similar role
- Must have intermediate to advance MYOB skills
- Must have accurate data entry skills
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent business experience in an accounting environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and adhere to strict deadlines
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities to ensure efficient communication.
