AddressJackalope is an award winning boutique hotel on the Mornington Peninsula comprising of 44 rooms, combined with two hatted restaurants, art inspired cocktail bar, function & event space, an infinity pool, pool bar and amazing surroundings of our Willow Creek vineyard.
We are on the lookout for strong Section Waiters to join our team in Doot Doot Doot, our award winning, one hatted restaurant. A destination dining experience, offering high quality local produce with a purposeful focus on exploration, creativity and the delight that can be found in the unexpected.
The Role:
- Deliver amazing service to our guests in a beautiful setting
- Engage with them from start to finish, showcasing your talent for all things hospitality
- Follow our sequence of service to ensure consistent level of offering
- Work within a passionate, diverse and professional team
- Be responsible for your section through out the night
About you:
- Positive, humble and willingness to learn
- Love the hospitality industry and embrace the vibrant atmosphere
- Ability to work in a very fast paced, quick moving environment
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and going above and beyond
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- The flexibility to work to a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- We operate 7 days a week and restaurant opening times are 6pm - 10pm
- Own transport as there is no public transport options

- RSA - Must attain Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
