This is an exclusive opportunity to join a NFP Aged Care provider based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne as the Head of Clinical Services. 

Within this new structure you will be the most senior clinician, advising on clinical requirements, driving success among the care and clinical team. To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience within the Aged Care industry, proven ability in a leadership role and a thorough understanding of the Aged Care reforms.

Qualifications/Essential Criteria

• AHPRA registration- DIV 1 
• Experience within a senior clinical role is essential 
• Understanding of the accreditation process and continuous improvements 
• Knowledge of AN- ACC 
• Experience leading a team with a collaborative approach 
• Current Police Check 
• COVID and flu vaccinations
