Your Role
Reporting into the Process Improvement Manager, your role will involve:
- Processing invoices (high volume) using Salesforce
- Logging all customer interactions on a dedicated CRM
- Answering customer enquiries in relation to invoices via email and phone
- Running reports as required for the leadership team
- Data Entry in relation to processing work-orders d
- Ensuring high levels of attention to detail at all times
- Liaising with internal and external key stakeholders
- General Administrative Support
Your Profile
You will have high levels of attention to detail and exposure to using ERP systems previously. You will enjoy working to close deadlines and pride yourself on your ability to process high volumes of work.
You will work well in a team environment and have high levels of Customer Service! You will be flexible with your approach to work duties and have the ability to multitask and use multiple systems concurrently.
