AddressWe are recruiting for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist & Administrator to join our client's manufacturing branch based in Adelaide's Western suburbs of Hendon.
What's On Offer:- Casual rate of $34/hour
- Genuine temp to permanent position

Experience required to be considered:
- At least two years working in an Accounts Payable role
- Invoice processing
- Freight Bookings
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
- Reporting to assist in the preparation of month-end closing reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Data entry skills
- General administration skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer Service skills (over the phone)
- Great levels of resilience and problem-solving skills
