About the role
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Administration/Customer Service Assistantto join the team.
Your daily duties would include but not be limited to:
- General administration duties - data entry, filing, processing of invoices, receipting and purchase orders
- Contacting customers for getting orders
- Attending to our small retail store on the premises - as required
- Printing run sheets for deliveries
- Keep office clean and neat at all times
About You
Along with your strong work ethic and previous administrative experience you'll have:
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Exceptional written and spoken English
- The ability to be calm under pressure (it can be fast paced)
- The aptitude to recognise the opportunity to implement new processes
- Ability to work autonomously but also be confident in a team environment
- Keen eye for detail and problem solving skills
We are seeking candidates who are enthusiastic team players, with a willingness to learn and who are committed to a long term position.
Accounting skills will be an advantage as will previous experience and practical experience and knowledge of warehousing and the retail industry.
