The role
You will report to the Financial Controller and manage the Accounts Payable function, ensuring processing by shared service team is correct. Pay inventory and non-inventory invoices and staff expenses, using SAP.
The responsibilities
Your new role involves:
- managing the AP inbox, reviewing, coding and forwarding invoices to the offshore shared service team for processing.
- managing Accounts Payable issues and conducting investigations.
- managing two weekly payment runs in AUD, NZD and USD.
- reconciling creditor accounts.
- monthly reconciliation of company credit cards and paying staff expenses.
- identifying opportunities to standardise AP processes to allow offshoring.
- identify opportunities to streamline processes to improve efficiencies.
In order to be shortlisted for this role, you will:
- have 3 years full function Accounts Payable experience.
- have exposure to an ERP such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards or Pronto.
- have demonstrated process improvement experience.
