The opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Accounts Payable Officer to join our Accounts Payable team based at our Melbourne Head Office.
This position involves a high level of cooperation between the supplier, warehouses, and other staff members within the finance department to deliver excellence in service in all areas.
What you will do:
- Process High Volume of Supplier’s Invoice
- Accurately saved of archived documents
- Identifying Issues with invoices
- Communicating effectively with various areas of the business
- Ensuring that all charges are processed in a timely manner
- Working closely with the AP reconciliations team
- Ensuring escalation procedures are followed in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that supplier's queries are dealt with promptly.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate excel skills.
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Customer Service will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of warehousing, Kofax Total Agility and Orion system will also be beneficial.
