We are currently searching for a highly motivated, organised and energetic full time Accounts Payable Officer to join our team, reporting to our Accounting Manager and based at our Head Office site in Kingston.
The Role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounts payable data entry across a range of our suppliers
- Handling a high volume of supplier invoices including data entry
- Communicating effectively with suppliers and other departments to resolve any issues or questions
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Assist with Accounts Payable inbox organisation of incoming supplier invoices and documents
- Daily banking processes
- Back up / support for weekly and monthly direct Payables pay runs
YOU WILL POSSESS:
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to be multi skilled across different areas of AP
- Intermediate skills on Microsoft Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
