About you:
Proven experience in a call centre environment
Exceptional attention to detail and strong computer skills
Excellent phone manner and ability to handle varying call volumes
Capability to manage high volumes of work and meet strict deadlines
High-end data entry skills with emphasis on speed and accuracy
Preferred but not essential: Accounts Payable experience
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to multiple software systems
