AddressCodan requires a casual experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team immediately working ~25 hours per week. This role will see you working out of the Mawson Lakes office with a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Administration of the Accounts Payable inbox
- Vendor creation and maintenance.
- Liaise with internal and external customers including overseas offices.
- Accurate high volume invoice processing, some of a complex nature.
- Purchase order matching and to invoices through ERP system.
- Application of payment and payment terms in line with the Company's working capital requirements and objectives.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Other general AP duties as required.
- Experience working with Accounts Payable
