The Firm and the TeamOur Client is a globally recognised law firm looking to hire a junior to mid-level accountant to join their Sydney-based office on a full-time basis. Supervised by the Finance Manager, the ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in accounting data processing and accounting software operation.
The Role
- Accurate manual processing of invoices and expense claims
- Ensuring all invoices are correctly coded
- Reconciling invoices, credit card statements
- Adhering to the firm’s payment terms
- Maintaining the Vendor’s database
A successful candidate will have 1+ experience in the legal or professional services industry with:
- Experience with accounting software, e.g. Aderant
- Knowledge of core accounting principles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Knowledge of basic Excel functions
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- Up to $80,000 package
