About the role
The role of the Accounts Payable Officer is to take ownership of the Accounts Payable function including processing of supplier invoices, weekly payment reporting and become a central point between finance and the rest of the business for all Accounts Payable matters. The Accounts Payable Officer will manage all activities associated with the Accounts Payable function whilst providing a quality and efficient service to internal clients and suppliers. The role will be relied on to manage priorities and task scheduling with minimal direction and work collaboratively with other members and all other internal and external stakeholders.
What we're looking for
- Relevant tertiary qualification in finance and accounting
- Preferable 1+ years relevant experience in finance and accounting
- Preferable competent with ERP systems
- High level of organizational, analytical, problem solving
- Knowledge of AP procedures
