THE OPPORTUNITY:
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in financial operations? We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Officer to join our Accounting team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization and gain valuable experience.

Duration: 12 months FTC (parental leave cover)
Working model: 2 days WFH option
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will be required to perform the following:
- Check daily invoice payments and prepare payment batches.
- Collaborate with the treasury team, business units and corporate departments regarding payments and invoices.
- Perform company credit card reconciliations.
- Manage and maintain vendor bank accounts in SAP and MYOB systems.
- Address auditor inquiries related to invoices and Accounts Payable activities.
- Compile and furnish Accounts Payable data to facilitate reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as needed to support the accounting team.
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Officer or similar role.
- Experience using SAP and MYOB.
- Intermediate level of Excel proficiency.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quick learner with good flexibility and adaptable to change.
