AddressYo-Chi was born from an idea to bring together delicious frozen yogurt and toppings, with an infinite flow of good energy, in a space where people of all ages feel equally welcome. Yo-Chi kick-started Melbourne’s self-serve frozen yogurt scene with the opening of the first venue in Balaclava in September 2012.

The role:
As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be working from home, alongside a close-knit hands on team, who all love numbers and problem solving. The AP Officer will support the current finance team with Accounts Payable and data entry duties.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Processing supplier invoices and review/approve invoices that have been entered by the venue management
- Prepare weekly supplier payments runs and ad-hoc payments as required
- Complete credit applications
- Post AR journals to the ledger
- Reconcile bank account and enter credit card receipts
- Handling AP queries promptly and professionally
- Ad hoc administration duties as required
- Supporting the Finance Team with End of Month Processes
- At least 1 years experience in Accounts Payment with high volumes of payments
- High attention to detail with accuracy and ability to multi task
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with clear communication both verbally and written
- Positive attitude and an adaptable manner towards change
- Proficient in using Xero, and Microsoft suites
- Advanced computer skills including strong use of analytical and reporting tools
