We are seeking someone who can showcase:
- Proficiency in delivering top-tier customer service and accuracy, along with a proactive approach to investigations and resolving discrepancies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
- Positive mindset with a knack for thinking creatively
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to collaborate in a team setting and work independently
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable is advantageous
- Possession of a qualification in Accounting or a related field will be highly valued
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Assisting the Financial Controller with administrative tasks
- Examining and handling supplier invoices while generating internal invoices
- Conducting weekly and monthly reconciliations of supplier statements
- Keeping supplier information up-to-date in the in-house system
- Managing Accounts Receivable, overseeing Customer Credit accounts, and taking collection measures
- Establishing and nurturing strong working relationships internally and externally
