AddressWe have an urgent requirement for an experienced Accountant / Accounts Payable for a temp contract role in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a temporary position in a dynamic environment.
Main Duties:
- Perform ad-hoc work as required
- Assist the Senior Finance Manager/Head of Finance on various ad-hoc projects
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Assist with enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Call suppliers and manage communications effectively
- Collect and reconcile statements
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Business degree with a major in Accounting or relevant equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with exceptional skills in MS Excel, Word, and Access.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
