CPM Pest and Hygiene Services is seeking a Full Time Accounts Receivable Manager. A fantastic opportunity to join a well established independently owned and family run business operating in the Pest Management and Hygiene service industry.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of Debtors and ensuring outstanding payments are followed up promptly and cash flow is managed
- Ensuring invoices are recorded and processed correctly to ensure a smooth flow of revenue for services rendered.
- Managing an Accounts Receivable Officer who assists directly with company invoicing
- Actively participating in general areas of CPM operations. Including participation in office meetings, creating initiatives to better increase productivity, and assisting other team members in their roles directly.
- Communicating directly with other CPM Team members, including operations staff and administrations staff to ensure clients are being serviced.
- Using a combination of MYOB Account Right, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PestTrendv2 and individual client portals in the processing of invoices.
- Ability to learn skills and apply them to job tasks that fall outside of their jobs primary objective.
- Creating initiatives for improvement in CPMs account management
Key Criteria:
- Accounts Receivable Management experience of over 5+ years in a small to medium sized operation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in leading a team and implementing process improvement.
- Strong analytical/quantitative skills. Ability to develop action plans and follow-up to completion.
- Strong Knowledge and Understanding of MYOB
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel.
