The role:
Manage Direct to Consumer (D2C) transactions on E commerce & online related accounts with their corresponding Payment Gateways.
AR management:
- Manage BPO (Outsourced IBM team) team to allocate the daily settlement fund from the Payment Gateway providers
- Daily ledger review on E commerce account and associated Payment Gateway accounts to identify abnormal posting
- Report to Management on incorrect billing, flagged orders and/or any other failed orders
- Report to Management on Payment Gateway charge backs and manage dispute cases on daily basis
- Recommend process improvements based on identified gaps in system or process, to reduce outstanding items.
- Ensure outstanding transactions (debit & credit) on Ecommerce and Online related Accounts are cleared before 32days overdue to meet KPI
- Prepare Cash forecast for Ecommerce and Online related Accounts
- Engage with Customer service team to conduct call investigation
- Engage with the collection agent for debt recovery
- Lodge fraudulent cases to relevant Government and Internal systems
- Submit bad debt Write off requests as per company policy
- Provide System and testing support for all online portal projects. Working with various internal and external stakeholders, e.g. Process Innovation, E commerce, business units, regional and HQ teams.
- Identify system (hybrid/payment/NERP) errors and work with stakeholders to resolve and clear.
- Support & follow up error tickets to managing partner (Accenture)
- Report weekly, all outstanding transactions & clearing plans, as per internal policies and guidelines.
- Escalate major issues regarding overdue debt level, Operations issue, etc. and submit recommendations of improvement
- Other adhoc task as directed by management
- Minimum TAFE certificate, major in accounting/Business/E commerce
- Advanced reconciliation experience
- Backend System experience (SAP, Hybris, Payment gateway)
