Accounts Receivable Officer - Temporary To Permanent Opportunity

You will be part of a supportive and passionate AR team, based conveniently in the Bayswater location - this is a genuine temporary to permanent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their impressive, global head office.Responsibilities include:

• Debt collection of overdue accounts
• Processing of all AR data
• Banking and Allocations
• Processing credit card payments
• Reconciliations of customer accounts
• Reporting - Excel skills required
• Ad hoc administration

Your skills will include:

• Exposure to a fast paced Accounts Receivable environment and sound skills in reconciliations
• Experience with JD Edwards would be advantageous but not mandatory
• Proficient with Excel - intermediate level (formulas, formatting, sorting, V-look ups)
• Capable of working autonomously and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail in processing data
