About us
Key Administration Solutions is a progressive company based in Croydon, offering a wide range of services from admin support, bookkeeping and BAS through to project delivery for financial and operational software upgrades. We have a strong focus on systems and offer a full outsourced finance department service to many of our clients.
We are currently looking for a full-time (or part-time – school hours) Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Officer - someone who is dedicated, career driven and takes pride in producing accurate work. Our working environment is fast paced and fun. A good sense of humour is a must!

Qualifications & Experience
- 1+ years’ experience in accounting or bookkeeping fields
- Confident office administration skills within a small business with superior attention to detail
- Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, and proficient in Excel
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with colleagues and clients in a professional and respectful manner
- Suitable for individuals with qualifications in business administration or accounting, including VCAL/VCE or higher
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties across multiple client accounts
- Effectively manage various accounts and industries while maintaining a consistent workload
- Perform general administration tasks
- Support the bookkeeping department in client-related tasks, aiming to enhance your own bookkeeping skills
